该(gai)项目(mu)位(wei)于北京市怀柔区(qu)怀北镇,项目(mu)类(lei)(lei)型为(wei)I类(lei)(lei)。根据导则要求(qiu),我院在搜(sou)集、分(fen)(fen)析(xi)项目(mu)场区(qu)所在区(qu)域水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)文(wen)地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)资(zi)料的基础上,开展地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)环(huan)境(jing)(jing)现(xian)状调查(cha)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)文(wen)地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)勘(kan)探与(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)质(zhi)(zhi)监测孔(kong)建孔(kong)、地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)量(liang)测、土层(ceng)及(ji)地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)取(qu)样、含(han)(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)层(ceng)渗透(tou)性(xing)测试等现(xian)场工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以及(ji)地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)质(zhi)(zhi)室内检(jian)测与(yu)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)、相(xiang)对隔水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)层(ceng)的垂(chui)向渗透(tou)系数(shu)和(he)常规物理性(xing)质(zhi)(zhi)参数(shu)室内测试等试验工(gong)(gong)作(zuo);分(fen)(fen)析(xi)并(bing)阐明工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)区(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)文(wen)地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)条件,包括含(han)(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)层(ceng)分(fen)(fen)布特(te)征(zheng)、地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)埋深、标高,以及(ji)地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)类(lei)(lei)型等;确定地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)环(huan)境(jing)(jing)影(ying)响评(ping)价(jia)针对的目(mu)标含(han)(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)层(ceng),分(fen)(fen)析(xi)目(mu)标含(han)(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)层(ceng)的补给、径流(liu)、排(pai)泄条件和(he)流(liu)场特(te)征(zheng);分(fen)(fen)析(xi)评(ping)价(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)区(qu)地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)环(huan)境(jing)(jing)质(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)现(xian)状,建立一维垂(chui)向渗流(liu)模型预测和(he)评(ping)价(jia)本项目(mu)施工(gong)(gong)期、运行(xing)期对地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)环(huan)境(jing)(jing)的不利影(ying)响,提(ti)出(chu)地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)环(huan)境(jing)(jing)保(bao)护措施与(yu)防治对策(ce),最(zui)终提(ti)供了通(tong)过相(xiang)关(guan)环(huan)保(bao)部(bu)门审批(pi)的专项地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)环(huan)境(jing)(jing)影(ying)响评(ping)价(jia)报告。
